Lisbon airport is quite close to the city centre. The airport is only 7.5 km from the hotel. You may either take a taxi or public transports (there is no direct one) to the hotel (either SANA Malhoa or IBIS). Going from the airport to the hotel may take from 15 minutes to 1 hour (on rush hours and/or public transport).

TAXI
The best option is to go to the Tourism information office at arrivals (open daily 7h-24h) and buy a taxi voucher. Payment is accepted with cash and all major credit cards and the receipt will be given before you are taken to the taxi. The cost is the following (luggage included):
  • 7-21h 15,37 EUR
  • 21-7h 18,44 EUR (also Saturday and Sunday)
If you want to take a taxi at your own risk (it is not dangerous, but it may well cost more than the standard fare). There are two taxi stands within the perimeter of the airport, one at arrivals and the other at departures (best option). The fare on the taxi meter should read 2.35 EUR (daytime pick-up) or 2.50 EUR (night time pick-up). The transport of luggage implies a surcharge of 1.60 EUR. An additional 20% is charged for services on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays and for night service from the hours of 21h-7h.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
